Job summary

Lovelytics is looking for a Generative AI Engineer to join their team in Arlington, Texas. The role involves hands-on work with client-facing projects in the Generative AI domain, particularly using Databricks.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in Machine Learning or NLP; at least 2 years working with LLMs or Generative AI systems.
• Proficiency with open‑source LLM tooling such as Hugging Face Transformers and LangChain.
• Familiarity with GenAI‑specific challenges including hallucination mitigation and grounding techniques.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high‑impact, client‑facing engagements independently.
• Build and optimize LLM applications and GenAI pipelines.
• Implement best practices for security, compliance, evaluation, and governance in GenAI projects.
