The role requires deep GenAI system design expertise, influential leadership, and the ability to drive technical decisions without direct authority.

Qualifications

10+ years of professional software engineering experience with org-wide technical leadership.
Experience defining architecture standards and technical strategy across multiple teams.
Experience establishing engineering-wide standards for security, testing, and operational excellence.
Deep expertise in GenAI/LLM system design, including safety and evaluation.
Proven ability to influence senior stakeholders and drive decisions without direct authority.

Responsibilities

Build and own org-wide architecture spanning multiple teams and platform components.
Establish testing and evaluation standards organization-wide, including AI-assisted code.
Define architecture standards and scaling strategy across teams.
Set org-wide security policy and secure engineering practices.
Drive org-wide collaboration and code-review culture.
