WellRithms, Inc. is seeking an AI/ML Engineer to design and deploy production GenAI solutions for healthcare billing and claims processing. You will leverage AWS Bedrock, SageMaker, OCR, NLP, RAG and agentic frameworks to build scalable ML pipelines, APIs, and secure cloud environments.

Hybrid or remote work is available for US-based candidates, with potential onsite days as needed. Strong background in production ML and data security is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's in a quantitative field.
• 5+ years building production ML/GenAI solutions.
• Deep knowledge of OCR/NLP/LLMs and healthcare data handling.
• Proficient in Python, AWS, Docker, Kubernetes; CI/CD experience.
• Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.

Responsabilités

• Design, build, and orchestrate ML, GenAI, and Agentic AI apps (AWS Bedrock, SageMaker).
• Develop scalable ML pipelines with OCR, NLP, RAG, and agentic workflows.
• Establish MLOps standards and CI/CD for ML models and services.
• Manage IaC for secure cloud environments (CDK/Terraform).
• Create APIs and microservices to integrate models with business apps.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align AI solutions with goals.
• Ensure AI explainability, traceability, and HIPAA-compliant data handling.
