Qualifications

• 6+ years of industry experience in collaborative settings.
• Translate product requirements into modeling and engineering tasks.
• Proficient in at least two programming languages (C/C++, Go, Python, Java).
• Bachelor’s in CS/AI/ML or related field or equivalent work experience.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to the development of generative experiences and state-of-the-art models.
• Collaborate with infrastructure, data, product, and design teams to implement features.
• Develop evaluation techniques to accurately measure model responses.
• Mentor junior engineers and researchers to broaden technical impact.
