Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in a related field.
• 8+ years in AI/ML engineering and enterprise Java development.
• Proven track record deploying generative AI and ML models into production.

Responsibilities

• AI System Design & Implementation: architect scalable AI agent frameworks using foundational models and Bedrock.
• Bedrock Model Expertise: fine-tune and deploy Bedrock models for retrieval and RAG.
• Enterprise Java Development: build multi-tier Java apps with microservices, REST APIs, and Kafka integration.
• Optimization & Reliability: improve performance while managing costs and ensuring reliability.
• Innovation & Integration: integrate AI/ML capabilities into modern software stacks.
• Collaboration: work with data scientists, engineers, product managers and stakeholders.
• Leadership & Best Practices: mentor teams, enforce TDD/BDD/DDD, deliver quality software.
• Data & Infrastructure: manage large datasets, ML lifecycle tools, and containerization.
