Job summary

EY is seeking an Al Finance Senior to support the Finance Applications Data Lead in executing data strategy for finance applications. The role combines finance application knowledge with data management, governance, and Gen AI to enable reliable data architecture across the EY Al Finance Blueprint.

You will collaborate with cross-service lines, define data models, and lead initiatives that ensure scalable, secure data solutions while applying ML/Gen AI techniques to finance personas.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and approximately three years of related work experience; or a graduate degree with two years of related work experience.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in data management, with at least 1 year focused on finance application data, data modeling, financial modeling.
• Strong understanding of data management principles, including data governance, data quality, and master data management.
• Experience with Machine Learning techniques, Gen AI technologies, and Azure data services (e.g., Azure Data Lake, Azure Synapse Analytics, MS SQL, Python).
• Knowledge of finance applications including financial modeling (PnL, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow).
• Proficiency in data integration, data transformation, and data modeling tools and techniques.
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, supporting the adoption and implementation of emerging technologies.

Responsibilities

• Interact with business stakeholders to evaluate models, processes, and operations and translate requirements into specs.
• Collaborate with technical teams to design and deliver system architecture solutions.
• Lead the development and implementation of the EY Al Finance blueprint and data model for finance applications.
• Define data requirements, architecture, and models for finance applications with ML/Gen AI integration.
• Partner with Data Lead and Product Owner to ensure accurate, consistent finance data across platforms.
• Maintain data dictionaries, ER diagrams, and data lineage mappings.
