Job summary

Deloitte is seeking a Senior Palantir FDE to rapidly prototype and deliver GenAI-enabled solutions for clients. You will embed with client teams, translate business needs into AI-driven outcomes, and collaborate with product owners and engineers to shape scalable platforms.

You will build production-grade code, drive demos/POCs, mentor junior engineers, and contribute to reusable components across engagements. Travel up to 50% may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS/DS/Engineering or equivalent.
• 5+ years in software/data/analytics engineering.
• 1+ year building GenAI/LLM solutions.
• 1+ year hands-on Palantir experience with Foundry/AIP/Maven.
• 1+ year leading engagements and translating business problems into AI solutions.
• 1+ year writing maintainable code and collaboration.
• Willingness to travel 50% and potential immigration sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Embed with clients to identify business needs and translate GenAI use cases into solutions.
• Lead sessions to shape solutions and drive client outcomes.
• Prototype and deliver AI solutions using industry expertise.
• Mentor newer team members within the FDE pod.
• Develop demos/POCs and contribute to proposals and handoffs.
• Share reusable assets and documentation.
• Build AI-enabled solutions, agentic platforms, and workflows across enterprise AI platforms.
• Design scalable engineering patterns and playbooks for delivery.
