GE Aerospace is seeking an IT engineer to deliver enterprise software through Claude Code and agentic workflows, modernizing legacy systems and evaluating SaaS alternatives.

The role includes designing scalable AI-enabled applications, building robust APIs, and guiding MVP deployment for internal velocity comparisons. Remote work is supported with ongoing focus on security and cloud-native architectures.

Qualificações

• Demonstrated ability to quickly understand new software architectures and analyze systemic code challenges.
• Strong knowledge of secure coding guardrails and application security.
• Experience operating within modern developer setups and orchestrating cloud environments.

Responsabilidades

• Architect and design sound, supportable technical solutions for new software using Claude Code and agentic workflows.
• Evaluate legacy systems to determine capabilities for high-performance replacement applications.
• Code complex, integrated applications by directing and pair-programming with Claude Code.
• Provide maintenance and continuous improvement of AI-generated codebases and deployment pipelines.
• Triage and debug performance, data handling, and security issues in AI-generated code.

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
