Job summary

Kaleidoscope, a leader in enterprise AI solutions, seeks a Senior Gen AI / Agentic AI Engineer in Fort Worth, TX. You will design, build, and deploy scalable Generative AI platforms, integrating LLMs, RAG, graph retrieval, and multi‑agent orchestration across multi‑cloud environments.

You will own data ingestion, embeddings, model serving, API layers, UI integration, observability, and security, delivering production‑grade AI workloads with a focus on reliability and cost efficiency.

Qualifications

• Hands-on Gen AI, LLMs, Agentic AI, RAG, and prompt engineering.
• Experience building multi-agent systems with LangChain and similar frameworks.
• Strong understanding of LLM orchestration, tool calls, and workflow automation.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop enterprise Gen AI and Agentic AI apps using LLMs and multi-agent workflows.
• Build scalable RAG pipelines with ingestion, embedding, and retrieval optimization.
• Develop multi-agent systems and tool connectivity with MCP servers/clients.
• Deploy and optimize inference stacks using vLLM, TensorRT-LMM, or similar.
• Collaborate with product, security, and data teams to deliver production-grade AI solutions.
