Job summary

Goodfit is seeking an experienced GCP Architect to design, build, and manage cloud infrastructure on Google Cloud Platform. The role collaborates with engineering, development, and operations to deliver scalable, secure, and high-performance cloud solutions.

You will assess existing infrastructure, champion best practices, guide teams, and ensure compliance. Strong expertise in GCP core services, networking, IAM, and IaC is required, with a focus on 24/7 operations.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of software and infrastructure engineering experience.
• 3+ years in a Cloud Architect or related role.
• B.E. / B.Tech / M.Sc. / MCA

Responsibilities

• Design and build scalable, reliable, and secure cloud infrastructure using GCP.
• Partner with development teams to design and build cloud-native applications.
• Evaluate and implement cloud services and technologies that meet business requirements.
• Ensure cloud solutions meet security and compliance standards.
• Monitor and optimize cloud infrastructure for performance, cost, and security.
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship on GCP best practices.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues across cloud infrastructure and services.
• Develop and maintain documentation for cloud infrastructure, processes, and procedures.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define cloud strategies and roadmaps.
