Job summary

Saransh Inc. is seeking a Senior GCP Cloud Migration Architect in Austin, TX for a contract role. You will lead end-to-end cloud migration initiatives, prioritize Google Cloud, and compare AWS and on-prem targets.

The role requires orchestration of a migration factory and development of migration roadmaps and target architectures. Responsibilities include discovery, blueprinting, design of robust target-state architectures, and building out CI/CD pipelines with AI tooling.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of enterprise software and cloud infrastructure experience.
• Expertise in GCP (Compute Engine, GKE, Cloud Storage, VPC, IAM, Cloud SQL/Spanner) and multi-cloud mappings.
• Certification: GCP Professional Cloud Architect or Cloud DevOps Engineer preferred; AWS Architect Professional advantageous.
• Strong ability to create migration roadmaps, target architectures, and technical documents.

Responsibilities

• Infrastructure & Application Discovery: assess and right-size infra, map dependencies.
• Foundation & Blueprinting: create GCP Foundation Reference & Best Practices; GAP analyses.
• High-Level & Detailed Architecture: design target-state architectures with core constructs.
