Boardwalk Pipelines, LP is seeking a Measurement Specialist in Lafayette, LA or Arnaudville, LA. The role covers calibration, sampling, testing, operation, and maintenance of measurement facilities, with emphasis on safety, regulatory compliance, and reliability.

The ideal candidate will have 2–5 years in pipeline measurement, good mechanical/electronic aptitude, and the ability to work with minimal supervision in varying conditions. Must live within 30 miles of the facility.

Formación

• 2 to 5 years of pipeline and measurement operations and maintenance experience or equivalent petrochemical / oil industry experience.
• Strong mechanical and electronic aptitude.
• Strong safety culture.
• Strong computer and data process skills.
• Self-motivated and able to work with minimal supervision.
• Excellent verbal and communication skills.
• Excellent problem-solving skills.
• Valve O&M experience.
• Organization and record keeping ability.

Responsabilidades

• Calibrate, gas sampling, testing, operation and maintenance of Gulf South measurement facilities near Lafayette, LA.
• Respond to callouts for emergencies or abnormal operating conditions.
• Support environmental, health and safety and reliability for natural gas transmission.
• Perform regulatory compliance procedures and repair procedures.
• Report abnormal conditions and participate in emergency response procedures.
