Job summary

Dave & Buster’s is hiring a Senior Games Technician to fix and maintain our arcade games and attractions in a fast-paced San Antonio location. You’ll read schematics, troubleshoot to the component level, and deliver friendly guest service while keeping games running smoothly.

The role includes mentoring the Support Tech team and opportunities for career growth within a fun, dynamic environment. Must be 18+ and able to work varied shifts.

Qualifications

• Working knowledge of electro-mechanics and reading schematics or wiring diagrams.
• Ability to troubleshoot down to component level and perform repairs.
• Excellent communication to deliver friendly, available, and memorable guest service.
• Willingness to teach teammates to share knowledge.
