American Cancer Society is seeking a dynamic leader to oversee the strategy, planning, and execution of a $400,000+ event fundraising portfolio in Detroit. You will drive revenue through donor, sponsor, and volunteer engagement, guiding the donor pipeline toward increased impact and long-term engagement.

Essential functions include building partnerships, planning events, and coordinating cross-functional teams to ensure successful delivery and brand alignment.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 2 years of fundraising and relationship development experience.
• Strong project management and event execution skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication and donor engagement skills.

Responsabilidades

• Builds and manages relationships with donors, sponsors, volunteers, and community partners to achieve revenue goals and grow engagement.
• Leads planning and execution of event fundraising activities, including logistics, budgets, vendor coordination, and experience delivery.
• Develops and executes strategies to grow revenue, participation, and donor pipeline within assigned portfolio.
• Aligns event participants and partners to broader organizational engagement opportunities to deepen long-term impact.
• Monitors performance against goals, adjusting strategies to optimize revenue and ROI.
• Coordinates cross-functional partners to ensure successful event delivery and brand alignment.
