You will handle structuring, fundraising, investor negotiations, and governance matters while collaborating on private equity transactions. The role requires JD and Bar admission; 40 Act experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• Over six years of relevant experience.
• Experience with 1940 Act matters.
• Experience with 40 Act funds is a plus.
• Knowledge of cross-border fund structures.
