<p>EisnerAmper is seeking a Senior Fund Accountant to join their Real Estate Systems Implementation Group in Denver. The ideal candidate will contribute to a team, assist in financial statement preparation, and prepare Partner Capital reports.</p><p>Candidates should have a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, 3+ years of Fund Accounting experience, and be proficient in using Yardi or MRI. Qualifications

Senior Fund Accountant – Real Estate Systems Implementation Group (RESIG)

We are seeking a Senior Fund Accountant to join our Real Estate Systems Implementation Group, the largest real estate private equity fund administrator by funds administered. Work Responsibilities

• Contribute toward a team covering one or more client relationships.
• Assist in the preparation and review of financial statements, including Balance Sheet, Statement of Investments, Statement of Operations, Statement of Cash Flows, and Notes to Financial Statements.
• Prepare general ledger and work paper files for accuracy and completeness, including capital activity, investment activity, income, and expense accruals.
• Prepare Partner Capital reports, including Partner P&L.
• Prepare and calculate monthly interest accruals, management fees and capital allocations.
• Calculate capital call and distribution notices, sources/uses of cash, and investor notices.
• Reconcile cash balances daily for multiple accounts.
• Calculate quarter‑end final and estimated NAVs.
• Support the year‑end audit process in collaboration with the team, client, and auditors.
• Train and mentor junior staff.

Basic Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or equivalent field.
• 3+ years of experience in Fund Accounting and/or Assurance serving Financial Services clients; experience with hedge funds, private equity, or other alternative asset managers strongly preferred.

Preferred/Desired Qualifications

• Prior experience at a public accounting firm.
• CPA or parts passed towards completion.
• Master’s degree in Accounting or equivalent field.
• Experience using Yardi and/or MRI.
