We're seeking a self-sufficient individual to manage complex projects, provide financial analysis, and act as a liaison between our fund and portfolio companies. Key responsibilities include ensuring US GAAP compliance, preparing for audits, creating financial models for acquisitions, and supporting potential liquidation scenarios such as public listings or sales.

Responsibilities
  • Conduct accounting, financial reporting, and analysis tasks
  • Supervise cash management and update cash projections
  • Assist with payroll, expense reporting, and HR functions
  • Prepare financial data for external reports
  • Support external auditors and collaborate with tax advisors
Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in accounting or related field; CPA preferred
  • 3-7 years of relevant experience, including at least 3 years in Big 4
  • Public audit experience is a plus
  • Strong knowledge of US GAAP
  • Self-motivated with excellent time management and organization skills
