Job summary

Private Equity Firm in Chicago is seeking a finance professional to lead quarterly close, capital calls, and tax compliance for funds. The role requires a CPA and 4–6 years of relevant accounting experience in a private equity setting.

You will liaise with external auditors, prepare journal entries, and respond to investor inquiries. Base salary is $120,000–$130,000 with a bonus; on-site position in Chicago.

Qualifications

• CPA license is required.
• B.S. in Finance or Accounting is required.
• 4–6 years of public or private accounting experience; private equity experience preferred.
