Job summary
Triumph is seeking a Software Engineer, Fullstack to lead the web version of Rips, our collectibles trading card app, and to establish the web platform and internal tools. You’ll own the end-to-end web stack, partner with backend engineers, and push UX with thoughtful motion and responsive design.
You should have 5+ years of professional web experience with React, TypeScript, and JavaScript, and a track record shipping 0→1 consumer web products.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional web experience with modern React, TypeScript, and JavaScript.
- Proven track record shipping 0→1 consumer web products or major greenfield initiatives.
- Experience delivering UX with motion and high‑quality interaction design.
- Strong frontend fundamentals, ability to translate Figma designs into polished UI.
- Tenacity, pragmatism, and data‑driven prioritization.
Responsibilities
- Establish our web platform, setting foundation and standards for future web and Android apps.
- Utilize existing backend systems to create Rips for web in 3–6 months.
- Define team standards for React (potential React Native work).
- Own internal tools and dashboard to improve team efficiency and data‑driven decisions.
- Partner with backend engineers to design APIs and data models.
- Elevate UX with motion, micro‑interactions, and responsive design.
