Qualifications

• 4+ years of professional experience as a Fullstack Engineer with a backend bias.
• Core Backend Stack: Java 21, Spring/Spring Boot, Oracle PL/SQL, MySQL.
• Cloud & DevOps: AWS, Docker, Kubernetes, Jenkins.
• Observability & Testing: New Relic, Splunk, JMeter.
• AI Tooling: AI-assisted development tools.
• Soft Skills: Ownership mindset, attention to detail, proactive problem-solving.
• Language: Advanced English (written and spoken).

Responsibilities

• Design & Build scalable, high-availability back-end services and responsive front-end interfaces.
• Anchor end-to-end feature delivery by designing robust APIs and optimizing schemas.
• Optimize application performance and troubleshoot production bottlenecks with modern observability stacks.
• Lead quality and delivery standards through code reviews, performance testing, and CI/CD.
• Collaborate with Tech Leads, Product Managers, and UX/UI designers to translate goals into robust implementations.
• Champion continuous engineering excellence by mentoring team members and fostering AI-assisted development.
