agora; United States; Remote; USD 140,000 - 190,000; Full time

Job summary

Agora is seeking a Senior Fullstack Engineer to own features end-to-end, from frontend interfaces to backend infrastructure. You’ll collaborate across product, design, operations, and partners, shipping MVPs with a bias toward robust, scalable systems.

Our stack includes TypeScript, React, REST APIs, Docker, Kubernetes, Prometheus, and Grafana. Candidates should align with ET-friendly hours and operate in a global, fast-moving crypto-native startup environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of fullstack development experience.
• 3+ years in TypeScript/Node.js and React.
• Fluency with relational databases and SQL.
• Proven ability to ship production systems, frontend and backend, with high uptime and minimal maintenance burden.

• MVP mindset: you know how to scope a milestone, ship it, learn from it, and iterate fast.
• Strong commitment to clean code principles and automated testing.
• Deep understanding of API design, versioning, documentation, and modern authentication patterns.
• Excellent communication skills and experience collaborating across product, design, and operations in remote, asynchronous environments.
