Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Computer Science/Engineering or Web Development Diploma.
• 7+ years of professional software development experience.
• Experience with React or Vue.js frontend frameworks.
• Experience building Node.js backend services or APIs.
• Experience interacting with RESTful APIs and OpenAPI specifications.
• Experience with AWS services (Lambda, DynamoDB).
• Preferred: enterprise CMSs, serverless AWS, AI/LLM, and vector search systems.

Responsibilities

• Develop and sustain scalable web applications and digital platforms for high-traffic environments.
• Build backend services using Node.js to support APIs, integrations, and middleware.
• Create and maintain DynamoDB schemas and data models for scalable serverless architectures.
• Develop and sustain AWS Lambda functions and event-driven workflows.
• Collaborate with AWS cloud services and enterprise stacks for secure service integrations.
• Optimize websites and services for performance, accessibility, SEO, and user engagement.
• Work with RESTful APIs and OpenAPI specifications for integrations.
• Support AI-assisted workflows including embedding generation, vector search, and content retrieval.
• Collaborate with designers, backend engineers, product managers, and marketing teams on digital experiences.
• Participate in architecture discussions and influence cloud and AI-enabled system decisions.
