Job summary

Snowflake is seeking a Senior Fullstack Engineer to build end-to-end features across checkout UIs and backend services. You’ll design APIs for transactions, entitlements, invoicing, and payments while crafting reusable React components with a focus on accessibility and performance.

You will ship features independently, collaborate across product and Billing teams, and raise the bar on reliability, observability, and test coverage in a fast-moving environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of professional software engineering experience delivering customer-facing features.
• Strong React proficiency with state management, performance, and accessibility focus.
• Backend strength in Java, Python, or Go with REST/gRPC API design.
• Hands-on in transactional systems: billing, payments, entitlements, or commerce.
• Experience owning full-stack features end-to-end, including tests and production rollout.
• Excellent collaboration across engineering, product, and cross-functional partners.
• BS/MS in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or equivalent

Responsibilities

• Build and own end-to-end full-stack features from checkout UIs to backend services.
• Design robust APIs and services for transaction lifecycles: entitlements, invoicing, and payments.
• Develop reusable React components and frontend systems with accessible UI.
• Improve transactional pipelines with reliability, observability, and auditing.
• Collaborate with product, operations, and Billing teams on data schemas and APIs.
• Participate in code reviews, architecture discussions, and sprint planning.
• Identify gaps in tests and monitoring, driving improvements proactively.
