Base Pay Range

$120,000.00/yr - $180,000.00/yr

Ideal Candidate

• Worked previously at an early‑stage startup (seed, series A) and a mature company
• 7 years of full‑stack experience (Python, React preferred, open to other)
• Strong technical skills
• Some experience with LLM/Agentic Applications
• Some understanding of data‑driven decisions or ML principles
• Strong full‑stack general problem solver, with a bias towards Experience, Infrastructure, Architecture or Data
• Feel underutilized in your current role, and want to see the limits of your capabilities
