GFT Polska is seeking a Senior Fullstack Consultant (Java + React) to join our team in a hybrid role. You will work on a modern client onboarding platform for Global Banking and Markets, building scalable backend services with Java and frontend features with React.

The position emphasizes REST APIs within a microservices architecture, automated testing, CI/CD collaboration, and strong security practices while enabling production support and platform improvements.

Qualifications

• Strong Java 8+ knowledge.

• Experience debugging and extending existing applications.

Salary range: 125 - 160 PLN/h

What will you do?

You will work on a modern client onboarding platform for Global Banking and Markets, building a seamless and user-friendly experience for corporate and institutional clients. The role focuses on developing scalable solutions, improving performance and stability, and contributing to innovative initiatives that enhance customer experience and streamline onboarding processes.

Your tasks:

• Develop and maintain backend services using Java

• Extend existing functionalities and fix issues in the codebase
• Design and implement REST APIs in microservices architecture
• Write automated tests to ensure quality and reliability
• Collaborate in CI/CD processes and deployments
