Job summary

TeamViewer in Austin, TX is seeking an experienced software engineer to design and build scalable .NET services and React frontends for the Web Shell platform. You will work across Web Shell, Agentic Ecosystem, and Endpoint Observability domains to deliver production features in a microservices architecture with AI-assisted tooling.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in production software engineering
• Strong C#/.NET and React skills
• Deep knowledge of distributed systems and microservices
• Experience with SQL and non-relational data stores, cloud platforms, containers, and event-driven architectures
• Experience using AI coding agents in production codebases
• Ability to expose capabilities to AI systems via APIs and MCP-like interfaces
• Excellent English communication and cross-team collaboration

Responsibilities

• Design and build scalable .NET services and React frontends across Web Shell, Agentic Ecosystem, and Endpoint Observability domains.
• Build event, telemetry, and audit pipelines for ingestion, correlation, retention, export, and access control at scale.
• Expose platform capabilities to AI systems and third-party agents through APIs and tenancy-aware authorization.
• Deliver production features in a microservices codebase using AI guidance, contract tests, and schema validation.
• Debug distributed systems and build tracing to understand non-deterministic behavior.
• Maintain service-layer context including API contracts and architectural records.
• Own performance, scalability, reliability, and AI-assisted cost profiles for the services shipped.
• Partner with product management and global anchor teams to refine requirements and shape architecture
