Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS/engineering or related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• 4-7+ years of professional software engineering experience in full stack or backend-focused roles.
• Strong experience with React/Next.js frontend and Python/Go/node.js backend.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain full stack features across frontend (React, Next.js) and backend services.
• Participate in architectural design discussions and set technical direction.
• Implement RESTful APIs and backend services following SOLID and microservices best practices.
• Write clean, testable, maintainable code with unit, integration, and end-to-end tests.
• Own services through the full SDLC: requirements, design, coding, testing, deployment, monitoring, and support.
• Mentor junior/mid-level engineers (onshore/offshore) through code reviews and pairing.
• Contribute to CI/CD improvements for automated deployments to AWS.
• Collaborate with leadership to evolve technical standards and best practices.
