Job summary

Senior Full-Stack Developer at Boeing Intelligence & Analytics (BI&A) leads the development of a collaboration platform built on Drupal and open-source software, supporting multiple deployments for diverse missions.

You will engage with user communities and leadership to gather requirements, influence architecture, mentor junior developers, and drive improvements across development environments, CI pipelines, and testing practices.

Qualifications

• 18+ years of experience in software or systems engineering or related field.
• Bachelor’s degree may substitute for 4 years of experience and Master’s for 6 years.
• TS/SCI with an active CI Polygraph
• Experience leading a software development team
• Experience with JQuery, Bootstrap, Angular, React and/or JavaScript
• Proficiency in building secure, reliable web applications on Linux servers
• Experience with relational database systems (e.g., PostgreSQL)
• Knowledge of, and experience with, Git workflows, continuous integration, andDevOps practices

Responsibilities

• Shape a collaboration software platform based on Drupal and open-source software.
• Support multiple deployments of the system and engage with user community and leadership.
• Influence architecture and design decisions and demonstrate new features.
• Mentor junior developers and improve development processes, pipelines, and test automation.
