Job summary

RAIS USA is seeking an experienced Full Stack Development Lead to steer Asset Management Investment Technology in Boston. You will stay hands-on in code and architecture while guiding a distributed team, shaping the technical roadmap, and delivering scalable investment platforms.

You will partner with global stakeholders across Investments, Operations, Product, and Tech to modernize platforms and enable data-driven decision making.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• 15+ years of software engineering experience with at least 5 years in a senior lead / hands-on leadership role.
• Hands-on experience with AWS architecture and services (e.g., Glue, Lambda, API Gateway, IAM, S3, CloudWatch).
• Proficiency with CI/CD tools: Jenkins, GitHub Actions, Terraform, or CloudFormation.
• Strong API development and integration experience; testing frameworks such as Jest, Cypress, Selenium.

Responsibilities

• Set technology strategy aligned with Investments business goals and cloud-native architectures.
• Lead cross-functional initiatives and drive measurable delivery outcomes.
• Contribute to full-stack development across cloud-native and hybrid architectures.
• Design scalable, secure APIs with monitoring/logging; lead UI work (React/Angular).
• Mentor a distributed team and collaborate with global stakeholders across geographies.
