Job summary

The University of Miami/UHealth Department of SCCC (Crane Lab) invites applications for a Full Time Programmer 3 to join the UHealth campus team in Miami, Florida.

The Programmer will design, build, and maintain My Wellness Research web applications using Node.js and React, collaborating with an interdisciplinary team of researchers, data engineers, and fellow developers to deliver production-ready software for the Crane Lab portfolio.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in relevant field required.
• Minimum five years of relevant experience required.
• Knowledge of data analysis, Azure fundamentals (IAM, DevOps, monitoring tools), serverless, containers and microservices.

Responsibilities

• Analyze problems, design improvements, and advise on system implications.
• Develop and maintain web apps using Node.js and React.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and ship features.
• Write tests and document code and procedures.
• Ensure security, performance, and scalability of applications.
