Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience developing enterprise applications using object-oriented technologies such as .NET or Java.
• 3+ years of experience with front-end frameworks such as React, Angular, or Vue.
• Experience developing APIs, back-end services, and system integrations.
• Experience with relational databases such as SQL Server, Oracle, Netezza, or DB2.
• Experience troubleshooting application defects and supporting deployments or production environments.
• Experience identifying and resolving Section 508 accessibility issues.
• Experience applying responsive and user-centered design principles.
• Experience using AI-assisted development tools such as GitHub Copilot, Claude Code, or Codex.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust or Suitability/Fitness determination based on client requirements.
• Bachelor’s degree in CS, Software Engineering, or Information Systems.
