Job summary

United States Digital Space LLC is seeking an experienced web developer to own existing and new applications, with independent work hours from 8am to 4pm, delivering production-quality solutions.

You will influence architectural decisions, work with AI-assisted development tools, and contribute to e-commerce, SaaS, APIs, and admin systems. On-site in West Seattle with some remote work is expected.

Qualifications

• Experience with PHP/Laravel or similar.
• Experience with Filament and Livewire.
• Experience with MySQL and PostgreSQL.
• Strong JavaScript, HTML/CSS skills.
• Experience with REST APIs and third-party integrations.
• Experience with AI-assisted development tools.
• Proficient with Git and PHP testing (PHPUnit/Pest).
• Knowledge of CI/CD and automated deployments.
• Familiarity with Ubuntu, Nginx, PHP-FPM.
• Ability to design software architecture and systems.

We're looking for someone who can quickly understand existing codebases, solve problems independently, and use modern AI-assisted development tools effectively while maintaining high-quality code. This is a possible full time job 5 days a week with some of that time spent doing work from your home to be discussed.

Work to be done onsite in our home/office in West Seattle that is set up with multi computers, phones and 2 high speed Internets. I have been doing this for over 40 years now and am in need of an above average person. Taking care of email, transaction (Stripe, PayPal) and other computer issues that arise.
