Job summary

Glint Tech Solutions is seeking a Senior Full Stack .NET Developer to contribute to the Insurance Claims Web App. You will design and implement features using C#, .NET, and modern frontend frameworks, collaborating with product teams and end users to deliver scalable, high-quality software.

Qualifications

Degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience
Proven experience as a Software Engineer with a strong focus on developing and delivering user-centric web applications using C# and .NET
Strong problem-solving skills with a focus on delivering robust, reliable, efficient solutions

Responsibilities

Contribute to the complete software development lifecycle, ensuring projects are delivered on time and meet high-quality standards
Design, develop, and maintain full stack web applications using .NET and C#
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product managers and service engineers to define and implement features enhancing operational efficiency
Ensure web applications integrate seamlessly with backend distributed systems, supporting real-time monitoring, control, and reporting
Contribute to extensible design systems prioritizing scalability, maintainability, and user experience
Implement rigorous testing strategies (unit, integration, end-to-end) to guarantee reliability and performance
Drive initiatives from concept to completion, from defining business needs to feature implementation
