We are looking for a Senior Full Stack Java Lead to join our team! In this role, you will lead technical quality, mentor team members, and drive the delivery of cutting-edge Generative AI solutions.

What You'll Do:

• Collaborate with stakeholders, architects, and PMs to define requirements and ensure successful delivery.
• Create designs, facilitate review processes, and break down work into actionable stories/sprints. Lead by example through code reviews, design feedback, and mentoring.
• Build, test, and optimize AI agents using modern LLM orchestration frameworks.
• Support the creation of technical documentation and internal technical support.

Must-Have Qualifications:

• Proven ability to lead technical quality and mentor developers.
• Advanced skills in software engineering (OOD, Microservices architecture).
• Hands-on experience with Java & Spring Boot.
• Experience with Test Automation (Junit 5, JBehave).
• Experience using AI Engineering tools (GitHub Copilot, Claude Code, or M365 Copilot).
• Hands-on experience building AI agents and using LLM orchestration (LangChain, LlamaIndex, Semantic Kernel).
• Strong expertise in Prompt Engineering (few-shot, CoT, ReAct frameworks).
• Proficient with Git and SDLC/Agile methodologies.

Nice to Have (Preferred Skills):

• Spring, Hibernate, Web Services, SQL, Pivotal Cloud Foundry.
