Job summary

Visual Soft, Inc is seeking a Senior Full Stack (Java Stack) Developer to work onsite in Huntsville, AL. Active Top Secret clearance is required for this role.

The candidate will develop and maintain Java applications in the Cloud (AWS preferred) and lead cloud migrations, while mentoring junior developers and ensuring timely delivery of projects. The role calls for strong collaboration with stakeholders and adherence to agile practices.

Qualifications

• 12+ years of experience with BS degree.
• Active Top Secret clearance is REQUIRED.
• Strong leadership and mentoring track record.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain Java software applications in the Cloud (AWS preferred) using Agile software development techniques.
• Support migration from on-premise data center to cloud environment.
• Consult with business process owners, customers, users and constituents to develop requirements.
• Collaborate with project teams to deliver technically sound projects on time and budget.
• Lead and mentor junior team members on project tasks.
• Perform application testing.
• Create and maintain application documentation.
