Job summary

Tata Consultancy Services seeks an experienced Java/SpringBoot specialist with Gen AI focus to design and build microservices and AI pipelines in a Plano, TX setting. The role emphasizes cloud-native architecture, data security, and collaboration with cross-functional teams across product, data engineering, and security.

Required 10+ years in Java/Spring ecosystems, strong REST/SOAP, and hands-on experience with AWS Bedrock and Kafka.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of hands-on experience in design and development using Java/SpringBoot Microservices.
• Experience in Java, J2EE, SOAP, REST, XML, XSLT, UML, Object Oriented Analysis and Design.
• Experience in Spring Boot, Eclipse, GIT, JENKINS, CI/CD, JIRA, JUnit testing.
• Experience and exposure in RDBMS like Oracle, SQL Server, MySQL.
• Experience and exposure in NoSQL Database like MongoDB, Document DB.
• Strong UI tech stack with ReactJS, JavaScript, Redux, HTML5, CSS3 and cross-browser compatibility.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement Gen AI applications using AWS Bedrock and related AWS services.
• Build secure, scalable, and maintainable AI workflows for enterprise use cases.
• Develop retrieval-augmented generation solutions using enterprise knowledge sources.
• Collaborate with product owners, architects, data engineers, and security teams.
• Evaluate model outputs for quality, safety, relevance, and factual accuracy.
• Optimize latency, cost, and token usage across AI workloads.
• Create reusable prompts, agent patterns, and orchestration components.
• Support deployment, monitoring, logging, and continuous improvement of Gen AI systems.
