Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of software development experience.
• Strong full-stack development and ERP integration skills.
• Ability to design scalable, maintainable software and establish standards.

Responsibilities

• Own and expand the customer portal and related platform.
• Design and develop customer-facing/internal apps including REST APIs and dashboards.
• Own the architecture of portals and internal apps.
• Evaluate technologies, tools, and long-term development strategy.
• Establish coding standards, documentation, and workflows.
• Develop ERP integrations and connect third-party systems.
• Integrate SQL Server, Microsoft 365, Azure services, and REST APIs.
• Meet with managers and users to capture requirements.
• Prioritize projects, estimate effort, and manage technical debt.
