Job summary

Plaud Inc. is seeking a senior full-stack software engineer to design and build scalable web applications for Teams, B2B, and D2C initiatives. You will work across frontend and backend, integrating with service APIs, and collaborating with Product and Business teams to deliver high-quality solutions.

We value performance, reliability, and maintainable code, with a fast-paced environment and ownership mindset. Hybrid work model with in-office days is offered.

Qualifications

• At least 5 years of full-stack software engineering experience.
• Strong proficiency in modern frontend frameworks (e.g., React).
• Solid backend development experience with Go, Java, or similar and RESTful APIs.
• Experience building scalable, modular web applications in production environments.
• Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Self-starter with ownership in fast-paced environments.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement end-to-end features across frontend and backend to support Teams, B2B, and D2C initiatives.
• Develop scalable, modular web applications and integrate with business-facing service APIs.
• Collaborate closely with Product and Business teams to translate requirements into technical solutions.
• Ensure performance, reliability, and maintainability of web applications in production environments.
• Participate in code reviews, technical design discussions, and cross-team coordination to maintain engineering standards.
