Job summary

Accenture in the United States, Washington state, Kirkland, is seeking a Reinvention Deployed Engineer to design and deploy custom web applications across AWS, Azure, and on‑prem environments. You will work with Linux, modern web apps, and communicate with highly technical users.

You will implement infrastructure‑as‑code with Terraform and AWS CDK, participate in deployment, optimization of APIs and datasets, and travel as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent with extensive IT experience.
• Minimum 8+ years in software/IT engineering.
• Experience with Linux, Python, Docker/Kubernetes, and modern JavaScript frameworks.
• Experience with IaC and cloud deployment tools like Terraform.

Responsibilities

• Design, development, and operational management of custom web applications deployed to enterprise infrastructure including AWS, Azure, and On-Prem.
• Configure, manage, and optimize use of custom APIs and datasets.
• Design, deploy, and maintain cloud infrastructure with IaC tools such as Terraform and AWS CDK.
• Engage in clear and effective communication with highly technical users to provide guidance and support.
• Travel may be required (0–100%).
