Job summary

NSI/Synergy ECP is seeking a Senior Full Stack Developer to design, develop, test, and manage application projects in support of IT infrastructure, including integration of third-party components and new capabilities under lead architects. You will work on large-scale data processing, modeling, and analytics, participate in the full SDLC, and contribute to continuous improvement.

The role requires TS/SCI clearance and U.S. Citizenship; a Bachelor's degree and 8 years of experience are expected.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in software development and application management.
• Strong knowledge of application design, development, testing, and management.
• Experience with programmatic integration of third-party components.
• Proficiency in modifying existing code and introducing new capabilities.
• Ability to recommend and implement process improvements and automation.
• Experience with large-scale data processing, statistical modeling, and advanced analytics.
• Understanding of the software development life cycle including planning, requirements, development, testing, and QA.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Bachelor’s Degree and 8 years of experience required.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and manage application development projects in support of IT infrastructure.
• Integrate third-party components programmatically and introduce new capabilities.
• Modify existing code to enhance functionality and performance.
• Recommend process improvements and automate operations and maintenance tasks.
• Develop and implement efforts to design, build, and deploy applications under lead architects.
• Work on large-scale data processing, statistical modeling, and advanced analytics.
• Participate in all SDLC phases from planning to QA and delivery.
• Conduct milestone reviews, code architecture sessions, resource estimation, and knowledge transfer.
