Job summary

Alexander Group is seeking an experienced Software Engineer to join our development team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in front-end technologies, robust SQL skills, and experience building and consuming REST APIs.

Proficiency in Vue.js or React is preferred, with Vue.js/Quasar experience favored. You will contribute to internal applications and collaborate with business teams to deliver high-quality solutions.

Qualifications

• 5-7 years of programming experience in a corporate or software development environment.
• Strong proficiency in SQL and designing and optimizing databases.
• Experience with front-end web technologies including HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
• Solid experience with at least one UI library, preferably Vue.js; React acceptable.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand requirements and translate them into actionable development plans.
• Estimate level of effort, define timing, and identify tasks for initiatives to support project planning.
• Design, develop, and maintain user-friendly web applications with clean, efficient code.
• Create and consume REST APIs and ensure secure, scalable back-end services.
• Utilize Vue.js (or React) to build interactive UI components and enhance user experiences.
• Work with C# and dotnet Web API for back-end development and Azure deployment.
