Resourceful Talent Group is assisting a rapidly growing AI startup in New York City to hire a Senior Full Stack Engineer. You will design and build scalable full‑stack applications, delivering AI-powered features across voice, SMS, email, and more while collaborating with the CTO.

You have 5+ years of experience with TypeScript and modern full‑stack development, and hands‑on work with AI tools and LLM integrations.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of professional full-stack software engineering experience.
• Strong experience with TypeScript and modern full-stack development.
• Hands-on experience building AI-powered applications using modern AI tools and technologies.
• Experience working in startup or high-growth environments is strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deploy scalable full-stack applications.

Our client, a rapidly growing AI startup based in New York City, is seeking a Senior Full Stack Engineer to help build the next generation of AI-powered voice agents transforming how B2C businesses engage with customers.

The company develops AI solutions that automate customer outreach, qualification, and engagement across voice, SMS, email, and other communication channels. Their platform enables organizations in industries such as financial services, insurance, mortgage, and education to engage customers faster, improve conversion rates, and streamline sales workflows through intelligent automation.

As an early member of the engineering team, you'll work directly with the CTO in a highly collaborative environment, building core product capabilities from the ground up. This is an opportunity to take ownership of major technical initiatives, influence product direction, and make a significant impact at a well-funded, seed-stage startup.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deploy scalable full-stack applications.

Compensation & Benefits

• Base Salary: $200,000 - $230,000 + Meaningful equity package
• Hybrid work environment in New York City (in-office collaboration several days per week)
