Job summary

Felix is hiring Intermediate and Senior Engineers to join our engineering team. You will build and maintain the digital healthcare ecosystem using Vue.js, PHP/Laravel, and modern front-end/back-end patterns.

You’ll work from Canada in a remote-first environment, collaborating with product and design to deliver customer-centric healthcare experiences. You will scale systems for new products and markets, improve platform reliability, and mentor teammates while aligning with business goals and user

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience as a full-stack software engineer.
• Familiarity with PHP/Laravel, JavaScript and Vue.js.
• Strong leadership and collaboration with Product teams.

Responsibilities

• Build back-end and front-end systems and architectures.
• Write scalable code to support new products and markets.
• Improve reliability via testing, observability, and monitoring.
• Facilitate cross-team communication and engineering best practices.
