Job summary

Collaboration with cross-functional teams and mentorship are key parts of the job. Applicants should have 4+ years of experience in software development, strong Python/Flask and React skills, and familiarity with GCP and CI/CD workflows.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of professional software development experience, including senior/leadership capacity.
• Extensive backend development with Python and Flask.
• Experience building frontend with React and JavaScript.
• Experience with GraphQL APIs and modern web tech.
• Experience with cloud platforms, esp. Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
• Experience building and maintaining automated test suites.

Responsibilities

• Design, build and maintain scalable frontend and backend applications for real-time content analytics.
• Develop and optimize APIs using Python, Flask and GraphQL.
• Create modern frontend experiences with React and JavaScript; utilize D3 for visualizations.
• Improve performance, scale and reliability across frontend and backend systems.
• Collaborate with product and cross-functional engineering teams; mentor developers.
