Job summary

Ford Credit is seeking a Senior Full-Stack Software Engineer with deep ReactJS, NodeJS, and Adobe Experience Manager expertise to architect and deliver scalable, AI-enhanced digital experiences. You will mentor engineers, drive Lean/Agile/XP practices, and collaborate with product teams to translate requirements into robust solutions.

Qualifications

• BS in CS/SE or equivalent practical experience.
• 7+ years of professional software engineering experience.
• 5+ years hands-on ReactJS/TypeScript and Node.js development.
• Experience with Module Federation and Micro-Frontend architectures.
• AEM experience including SPA/CaaS is desired.
• Strong knowledge of JWT, OAuth 2.0, OpenID Connect.

Responsibilities

• Architect and deliver high-quality ReactJS front-ends and APIs.
• Lead Micro-Frontend architecture across multiple apps.
• Define technical architecture for AEM-based applications.
• Develop and maintain AEM components and deployment pipelines.
• Build reusable component libraries to boost productivity.
• Collaborate with back-end engineers and product owners.
• Ensure secure, scalable, and performant solutions.
• Champion TDD, code reviews, and clean-code practices.
• Mentor junior engineers and evolve engineering standards.
