Job summary

Dhaka Technologies Limited Company (DTLC) is hiring a Senior Full Stack Developer in the US, based out of Madison, NJ, or other listed cities on a permanent basis. You will design, build, and scale customer-facing platforms using React, Go, Java, Python, and Node.js, with cloud-native services and microservices.

The role requires hands-on experience across frontend and backend, proficiency in AWS, databases, and CI/CD, and a product-minded, collaborative approach.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 5+ years of hands-on Full Stack development experience.
• Strong backend experience in Go, Java, Python, or Node.js.
• Experience with PostgreSQL, MySQL, Aurora, RDS, MongoDB, DynamoDB, Redis.
• AWS experience (ECS, Lambda, API Gateway, S3, CloudWatch).
• CI/CD, Docker, Terraform.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain scalable full-stack applications end to end from frontend UI to backend services, APIs, and databases.
• Build and enhance RESTful APIs, gRPC/Thrift integrations, microservices, and distributed systems.
• Participate in architecture reviews, technical design discussions, and code reviews.
• Drive engineering practices across automated testing, security, observability, and CI/CD.
• Mentor engineers and collaborate with product managers, architects, and designers.
