Valiant Technologies LLC is seeking a Senior Full Stack Engineer to lead the development of scalable web applications using React.js and Django. You will design cloud architectures on Azure and AWS, integrate FHIR APIs, and ensure HL7/US Core compliance.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams and mentor junior developers to deliver high-quality software. The role emphasizes performance optimization, data modeling with PostgreSQL, and secure access using OAuth 2.0 and SMART on FHIR principles.

Qualifications

• Experience building scalable web apps with React.js and Django REST Framework.
• Experience with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS) and PostgreSQL databases.
• Familiarity with healthcare interoperability standards (FHIR/HL7) is highly desirable.
• Strong problem-solving, mentoring, and collaboration skills.

Responsabilités

• Build, test, and deploy scalable web applications using React.js (frontend) and Django (backend).
• Design scalable architectures and ensure performance and reliability.
• Mentor junior developers and conduct code reviews.
• Implement cloud-based architectures on Azure and AWS; manage CI/CD pipelines.
• Integrate FHIR APIs and map data to FHIR resources; ensure HL7/US Core compliance.
