Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science or a related field.
• Minimum 4 years of software engineering experience.
• Minimum 2 years of experience with public cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) or virtualization.

Responsibilities

• Lead a portfolio of diverse technology projects and developer teams to meet regulatory needs.
• Mentor engineers, stay current with tech trends, and participate in communities.
• Collaborate with product managers to deliver cloud-based solutions for millions of users.
• Use Java, Scala, Python, Go, Node.js, JavaScript/TypeScript and diverse databases.
• Provide technical leadership and set design, development, and operational standards.
• Define service boundaries and reusable frameworks with architects.
• Identify improvements, refactor, reduce debt, and enhance performance.
• Influence long-term tech strategy in a 'you build it, you own it' environment.
