In this role, you'll design and build both user-facing features and backend systems for advisor payments, ensuring data accuracy and financial integrity. Ideal candidates have a strong background in web development with 5+ years of experience in both frontend and backend technologies. The compensation ranges from $155K to $225K with equity options and unlimited vacation.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Product Managers and Designers to define and prioritize projects.
• Build full-stack features for payment status and reconciliation.
• Work on backend services for financial data handling.
• Create intuitive user experiences for financial transparency.
• Own projects from design to delivery with high standards.
