Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field.
• 4–6+ years of professional software development experience.
• Experience in collaborative development environments and mid-sized projects.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop software applications using Node.js, React, and Flutter.
• Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code and perform testing.
• Troubleshoot and debug issues across the full stack and participate in code reviews.
• Evaluate and integrate AI tooling to improve velocity and code quality.
• Mentor junior engineers and contribute to architectural decisions.
